Welcome to the Remarkable InkBig Blog Hop – November 2017
Theme: Holiday Tags
When I was presented with the theme of Holiday Tags, I knew exactly what to use. Stampin’ Up! has done a wonderful job in the 2017 Holiday Catalog to offer suites of coordinating products that make project creation quick and easy. I was happy to finally use the Merry Little Christmas Suite to create a selection of coordinating Christmas Tags.
This post is jam-packed with photos, so I will apologize up-front for the slight overload, but I wanted to show close-ups of each tag to share the variety or difference in each one.
The Merry Patterns DSP has phenomenal designs on both sides and I love them all! The Basic Black, Old Olive, and Whisper White are such a great color combination!
The Black Rhinestone Basic Jewels pair perfectly with the Merry Little Labels and Labels to Love Stamp Sets and Coordinating Punch.
I just love the Mini Ornaments. I have used them on several Christmas Themed creations and still plan on using them for more things to come!
There are so many coordinating items available in the Merry Little Christmas Mega Suite. With the neutrals colors, they work well with almost anything, the possibilities are endless!
The 7/8″ Black and White Striped Ribbon is wired and easy to manipulate for any purpose. I love what it adds to my Holiday Tags, with very little effort.
I am MAD FOR PLAID! I have a closet full of Buffalo Plaid so when I saw the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper had both a Black & White and Old Olive & Black Plaid Option, I just had to have it!
Pairing the Year of Cheer Embellishments with the Mini Ornaments was a perfect fit. You just string the Baker’s Twine (I used Basic Black) through the eyelets and secure them in place with a bow.
The Green Sprigs are such a fun addition to any 3-D or Paper Craft Creation. I just added a Mini Glue Dot to the stem and stuck it to the Striped Ribbon.
The Glitter Enamel Dots give an added touch to the label, especially when all you need is a little touch of color.
The Basic Rhinestone Jewels add a little shimmer and pair well with the Mini Ornaments and Year of Cheer Embellishments.
The Label Stamp(Outline) from the Labels to Love Stamp set allows you to easily add an additional color to your label. I decided to stay with the theme and add Old Olive.
Make sure to hop along with the rest of the hoppers to grab some more Holiday Tag Inspiration.
I also used the Merry Little Christmas DSP for a Wine Tag. You can see the entire post by clicking on the photo below.
