My Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to be hootin’ happy with your purchase! 💌 If something’s not quite right, don’t worry—I’ve got your back.

Returns

  • You’ve got 5 days from the day your goodies land in your hands to request a return.
  • To keep things smooth, items need to be in the same condition you received them.

What Can’t Fly Back

  • Digital downloads, online classes, and custom/personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Clearance, retired or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return lands safely back with me, I’ll give it a quick check.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs can’t be refunded, and return shipping is on you—unless, of course, the item arrived damaged or wasn’t the right one.

Exchanges

  • Since my goodies are often one-of-a-kind—retired finds or handmade creations—exchanges just aren’t possible. Thanks for understanding!

Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item)

If your package arrived with a surprise (and not the good kind 🐦), snap a quick photo and email me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll make it right, promise.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email me with your order number and what’s going on.
  2. I’ll send you simple instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship it back snug and safe within 5 days of approval.
