Returns
- You’ve got 5 days from the day your goodies land in your hands to request a return.
- To keep things smooth, items need to be in the same condition you received them.
What Can’t Fly Back
- Digital downloads, online classes, and custom/personalized items are non-refundable.
- Clearance, retired or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return lands safely back with me, I’ll give it a quick check.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs can’t be refunded, and return shipping is on you—unless, of course, the item arrived damaged or wasn’t the right one.
Exchanges
- Since my goodies are often one-of-a-kind—retired finds or handmade creations—exchanges just aren’t possible. Thanks for understanding!
