The Global Design Project has a CASE the Designer Challenge this week and the designer just happens to be my good friend and fellow Pal, Brian King! I love Brian’s clean and simple style that showcases Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper in stunning ways. I, of course, am always looking for excuses to use NEW PRODUCTS, so I jumped at the chance of using the All-New 2019-2020 Annual Catalog Products from the Bird Ballad Suite!

Ok, I know I said on Friday that the Magnolia Lane Suite was my favorite, but I may have to change my mind (and probably change it again)…the Bird Ballad Suite is PHENOMENAL and so my style. I love all pieces this suite showcases AND I love to color with my Stampin’ Blends…this suite was made just for that!

Cut a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11″. Score and fold at 5 1/2″.

Cut a piece of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper to 4 x 5 1/4″. Adhere with Snail Adhesive.

Cut a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock to 3 1/8 x 4 3/8″. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 3 x 4 1/4″. Use the Daisy Punch to notch a slot to hold your Linen Thread. Wrap the Linen Thread around several times, securing with a bow. Stamp the sentiments in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink above and below the Linen Thread. Adhere with Snail Adhesive.

Adhere a Bird Ballad Trinket (key) with a Mini Glue Dot (or you can tie it on with Linen Thread).

Stamp the Bird, Large and Small Flowers, and Leaves in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto Whisper White Thick Cardstock. Color with the following (Light and Dark) Stampin’ Blends: Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, and Bronze. Snip with a Paper Snips. Layer and adhere with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Isn’t that little bird just the cutest? And I love the fonts and words of the sentiments. I cannot wait until customers can get their hands on these fabulous products…they are sure to be favorites of many.
