GDP #315 Pretty Pumpkins for Hey Pumpkin Theme Challenge

It’s Monday and time for another Global Design Project Challenge!

#GDP315 is a THEME Challenge – and it’s perfect for this time of year!  Hey, Pumpkin! I used the Pretty Pumpkin Stamp Set paired with the sentiment from the Inspired Thoughts Stamp Set. Cajun Craze sets the Autumn stage.

Begin with a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock.  Score and fold at 5 1/2.

Adhere a 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 piece of Basic White Cardstock with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use a Blending Brush to apply an ombre of Cajun Craze Ink to a 2 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic White Cardstock. Cut into 3/4 inch wide strips. Distress the edges with a Bone Folder or Paper Snips. Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stamp the pumpkin (Pretty Pumpkins) in Cajun Craze Classic Ink onto Basic White Cardstock.  Crop with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the coordinating Detailed Pumpkins Die. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Pull apart the threads of a piece of Basic White Baker’s Twine.  Tie into a bow and adhere with a Mini Glue Dot.

Use a Blending Brush to add Pumpkin Pie Classic Ink to a 3 3/4 x 3/4 piece of Basic White Cardstock.  Crop with the Peony border die.  Cut to 3 1/2 wide or even with the scallops.

Stamp the sentiment (Inspired Thoughts) in Cajun Craze Classic Ink onto a 3 3/4 x 3/4 piece of Basic White Cardstock.

Adhere the two pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Embellish with Pale Papaya Genial Gems.
