GDP #326 Sketch Challenge – Stampin’ Up! Eclectic Garden

It’s Monday and time for a Global Design Project Challenge!

#GDP326 is a SKETCH challenge  and the GDP Design Team has so many amazing creations to inspire you! Be sure to jump on over to the GDP blog or even play along with us! 

I needed some thank you cards for my customers, and this sketch was simple and perfect for the task as hand.   I have been eyeing up the Eclectic Garden Stamp Set and decided to sit down to enjoy some color and snipping to show my customers how beautiful this set really is. 

Begin by cutting a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11.  Score and fold at 5 1/2.

Adhere a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White Cardstock to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Zip a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 piece of Basic White Cardstock through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine tucked inside the Hive 3D Embossing Folder.  

Adhere to a 2 5/8 x 2 5/8 piece of Basic White Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 

Stamp the bird image in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock.  Color with the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs:  Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Magenta Madness, Bermuda Bay, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, Smoky Slate, Color Lifter. 

Snip with Paper Snips.  Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 

Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Basic Black Cardstock.  Cover with white Basics Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Tap to remove the excess.  Set with a Heat Tool.   Trim to 3 x 1/4.  Adhere with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
