On February 1st, 2019, the #ArtisanDesignTeam showcased more projects using the Sale-A-Bration Coordination limited-release items. My post featuring the All -New Hop Around Framelit Dies (150073) which coordinate with the Sale-A-Bration So Hoppy Together Cling Stamp Set (149725) can be viewed here.
The Birthday Wishes card above uses both the More Than Words and Story Label Punch Sale-A-Bration Coordination products, available tomorrow for a limited time or while supplies last.
The color palettes for today’s creations were inspired by the Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper (148586) from the 2019 Occasions Catalog. Petal Pink and Mossy Meadow are a perfect pair.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Use a Stampin’ Trimmer to cut a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score and fold at 5 1/2″.
Cut a piece of the wood grain Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper to 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″. Adhere a 4 1/8″ x 1″ strip of the green leaf Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper to the bottom quarter with Snail Adhesive.
Crop a notch as shown with the Tailored Tag Punch. Wrap twice with Old Olive Linen Thread, and secure on the left with a bow.
Use the Stamparatus to line-up and stamp the “Wishes” sentiment (both the solid and lined image) in Mossy Meadow Classic Ink. Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Paper Snips to crop 5 floral images from the vellum of the Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper. Adhere as shown with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the “Birthday” sentiment in Versamark Ink onto Vellum Cardstock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, flick to remove the excess and set with a Heat Tool. Crop with the Story Label Punch.
Use the Story Label Punch to crop a piece of the green leaf Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper. Adhere to the Vellum with Mini Glue Dots. Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Color 10 Pearl Basic Jewels with a Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends. Add to the center of the flowers and to the card as shown.
Adhere a Petal Pink Frosted Flower Embellishment. Adhere the colored Pearl Basic Jewel to the center with a Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
The two sentiments on this card make me chuckle. The “Let’s Get Together & Giggle” is from the Sale-A-Bration Part of My Story Cling Stamp Set that you can earn for FREE with a qualifying $50+ purchase (before tax and shipping). The “Because Adulting is Hard” is from the More Than Words Stamp Set (Sale-A-Bration Coordination) and is cropped with the Story Label Punch (also Sale-A-Bration Coordination). Step-by-Step Instructions:
Use a Stampin’ Trimmer to cut a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score and fold at 5 1/2″.
Cut a piece of Granny Apple Green Cardstock to 4″ x 5 1/4″. Adhere at a slant with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Cut a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock to 3 3/4″ x 5″. Smooch with Mossy Meadow Ink. You can download a tutorial on the smooching technique here. Allow to dry, then stamp the “let’s get together and giggle” sentiment in the upper left corner using Mossy Meadow Ink.
Adhere a 1″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Petal Pink vellum from the Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper pack to the smooched cardstock with Snail Adhesive. Crop a notch as shown with the Truly Tailored Tag Punch. Wrap twice with Old Olive Linen Thread and secure with a bow.
Stamp the “because adulting is hard” sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Vellum Cardstock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, flick to remove the excess, and set with a Heat Tool. Crop with the Story Label Punch. Adhere to a piece of Petal Pink Cardstock (also cropped with the Story Label Punch) with Mini Glue Dots.
Stamp the two sentiments in Mossy Meadow Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock. Snip down to the pieces shown and adhere with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Adhere two snipped floral arrangements from the Floral Romance 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper pack to Petal Pink Cardstock with Mini Glue Dots. Snip the cardstock to match and adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add three Petal Pink Frosted Flower Embellishments as shown. Color 5 Pearl Basic Jewels with a Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends. Adhere to the vellum flowers and to the frosted flower centers with a Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
