  9. I was matron of honor in a good friend’s wedding 30 years ago. With it being Cinco de Mayo I never forget. I met her when I was 20 on a trip to Spain for students. When we first met we felt like we had known each other all our lives. Carolyn and I only write letters to one another, a lost art. We have talked on the phone only a couple of times. We don’t email. There is something special when I open the mailbox and her letter is waiting for me!!!!!
