Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is Cute Critters. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

I am so excited!…on Friday we head to Kenosha, WI for my son’s State Hockey Tournament! As soon as that excitement ends another begins! A week in Hawaii! YAY! I never dreamed I would get there but the deals fell into place and we could make it happen!

Celebrate relationships and togetherness with the Catch You Later Stamp Set. The stamp set includes adorable monkeys, partridges, and a cat with a fishbowl as well as friendship-themed greetings. Mix and match the animals and greetings to create customized and unique projects for all the friends in your life. The open line-art images can be colored using a variety of coloring techniques. These sweet creatures will be adored by both children and adults alike.

Begin but cutting a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
Apply the following Classic Inks to a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Basic White Cardstock: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy, and Mossy Meadow. Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard) to crop the following pieces of Basic White Cardstock with the Palms Dies: Palm Trees (2), Tufts of Grass (3), Sun (circle). Color with the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs: Mossy Meadow (grass and palm leaves), Soft Suede & Bronze (palm bark), Calypso Coral & Pale Papaya (sun). Adhere to the card base as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the monkeys and sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. Crop the sentiment with the Seasonal Labels Die and a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Snip the monkeys closely with Paper Snips. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Embellish with Clear Polished Dots.

To make the grass, palm leaves and bark more realistic, I used a flicking motion when applying color with Stampin’ Blends Markers.

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on April 13th. Our theme will be Fabulous Flowers!
Until then, have fun in your craft space.
