TGIF! It’s time for a THEME Challenge!
Happy Mother’s Day is the theme for this week and the celebration is just a little over a week away! Do you have your card made? Looks like this week I was on the same wave-length as fellow Artisan Design Team Member – Tami Hewlett! Her cards make my jaw drop! WOWZA!
The tip of the tulip was watercolored with the NEW 2022-2024 In Color – Sweet Sorbet!
What are your thoughts on these fabulous, bright and beautiful 2022-2024 In Colors? I LOVE THEM! They will be available to customers on May 3, 2022! Get your wish lists started, you need them all!
Begin with a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
Zip a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Shimmery White Cardstock through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine tucked inside the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. Use a Water Painter to apply a watercolor wash of Pear Pizzazz Classic Ink. Layer and adhere to a 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 piece of Shimmery White Cardstock together and to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Crop a piece of Vellum Cardstock with the 3″ stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals…strategically positioned behind the tulip die-cuts.
Use a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard) to crop a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock with the Tulips Dies. Watercolor with the following Classic Inks: Sweet Sorbet, So Saffron, and Pear Pizzazz. Assemble and adhere together and the the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Tie a double bow of White Baker’s Twine. Adhere with a Mini Glue Dot.
Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a 3/8 x 2 3/4 piece of Basic Black Cardstock. Cover with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Set with a Heat Tool. Snip the end at a slant with Paper Snips. Adhere with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Embellish with Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
