TGIF! It’s time for a SKETCH Challenge!
We love Halloween at our house. My husband is a little Halloween crazy, but the cute Halloween, not the scary. I think he has 20 blow-up yard decorations that he sets up with excitement every year because he knows there are so many kids that look forward to it. His excitement is contagious. Whenever I make a card for Halloween, I think of him and how excited he will be in just a few months.
Use a Paper Trimmer to cut a piece of Basic Black Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
Cut the following pieces of cardstock:
- Basic White – 3 7/8 x 5 1/8
- Parakeet Party DSP – 3 3/4 x 5
- Basic Black – 3 1/4 x 4 1/2
- Black & White Designs DSP – 3 1/8 x 4 3/8
Layer and adhere as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals (below the black cardstock).
Crop a piece of Basic Black Cardstock with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Mini or Standard) and the Stylish Shapes 2 9/16 circle die. Adhere as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a 3 1/2 x 3/4 of Basic Black Cardstock, slightly offset to the right. Cover with white embossing powder. Set with a Heat Tool. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the witch and frog in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock. Color with the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs: Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Parakeet Party, Granny Apple Green, So Saffron, Petal Pink, Soft Suede, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Color Lifter. Snip with Paper Snips. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Embellish with Matte Black Dots.
