Currently, I am in the air, on my way to Salt Lake City for Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage Event. Three days of gatherings with other fellow demonstrators to view upcoming products, learn business tips and tricks and have fun. I have met so many wonderful people virtually and now I finally get to have the chance to meet them in person! I will try to bring you posts as I am away, but they may be scarce depending on the fun factor of Salt Lake.
Today I bring you another card using the At Home With You Bundle from the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog. This was created for the InkBig Academy Design Team and I am excited to now share it with you!
I rarely create cards with one layer, but the amazing Embossing Paste gives enough definition that I feel multiple layers are not needed. For this card, I mixed the Embossing Paste with a few drops of Crumb Cake Classic Ink. I wanted the brick wall to coordinate with the Crumb Cake 3/8 in Classic Weave Ribbon, which was wrapped around the Card Front and secured with a knot.
I stamped the images with Basic Black Archival Ink and added color with my trusty Aqua Painter. The colors used are as follows:
- Door, Sign, and Planter: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede & Early Espresso
- Sunflowers: Always Artichoke, Crushed Curry, & Early Espresso
- Pumpkins: Pumpkin Pie & Always Artichoke
