Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is our Favorites from the New Catalog. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I haven’t really picked out a favorite from the Annual Catalog, but this was the bundle that hadn’t been put away on my shelf so decided to make a card with a combination of my favorite colors mixed with the NEW Basic Beige. Summer Splash, Early Espresso, and Calypso Coral!
Begin with a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Basic Beige Cardstock. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
Adhere a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 piece of Early Espresso and a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 piece of Summer Splash to the card base as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Zip a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 piece of Basic Beige through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine tucked inside the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder.
Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Zip another 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 piece of Basic Beige through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine tucked inside the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder along with the coordinating Seaside Wishes dies.
Use a Blending Brush to add a touch of Early Espresso ink to the cut & embossed sand dollars.
Adhere to the card over the top of the same embossed image with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the starfish in Calypso Coral Classic Ink onto Basic Beige Cardstock. Crop with the coordinating dies.
Crop the detailed sand dollars from Early Espresso Cardstock and the seaweed from the Summer Splash Cardstock.
Adhere all as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Early Espresso Cardstock that has been rubbed with an Embossing Buddy. Cover with Basic WOW White Embossing Powder. Tap to remove excess and set with a Heat Tool.
Crop the sentiment with the 3rd smallest Deckled Circles die.
Tie a double bow of Linen Thread. Adhere to the backside of the sentiment and to the card as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Embellish with brown Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
