When I think of Summer Vacation, I think of a beautiful beach and an ocean view. The Stampin’ Up! product perfectly fits this theme…is the Beach Day Stamp Set and coordinating Beach Day Dies!
Begin with a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. Score and fold at 4 1/4.
Adhere a 5 3/8 x 4 1/8 piece of Basic White Cardstock to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Use the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs to color a 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic White Cardstock:
- Sky – Balmy Blue
- Ocean – Night of Navy, Azure Afternoon, Summer Splash, Pool Party
- Sand – Crumb Cake
Adhere to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Use a MISTI to stamp the images from the Beach Day Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock.
Crop the images with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the coordinating Beach Day Dies.
Color the images with the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs:
- Chair – Berry Burst, Petunia Pop
- Umbrella and Ball – Berry Burst, Petunia Pop, Summer Splash, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral
- Birds – Smoky Slate, Color Lifter
- Surf Board – Cajun Craze, Daffodil Delight
- Lifeguard Tower – Real Red, Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Summer Splash, and Pool Party
Adhere to the card as shown with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink. Cover with white WOW Embossing Powder. Tap to remove the excess. Set with a Heat Tool.
Trim to size with Paper Snips. Adhere with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
