Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month the Pals are “Ready for Fall”—and we’re here to share a harvest of inspiration using Stampin’ Up! products. From cozy plaids to woodland textures, you’ll find plenty of ideas to spark your creativity. At the end of this post, you’ll find the full lineup of Pals.
I had so much fun creating this simple fall card idea for this hop (keep scrolling for all the details!). Whether you’re a seasoned stamper or just dipping your toes into paper crafting, I hope my card inspires you to try something new and enjoy the season of simple joys.
branching out dies – 165775
The Branching Out Dies are a must-have for winter crafting! With pine branches, sprigs, and six nested frames, you’ll have endless ways to add layers and texture to your projects. I love how easy it is to frame a sentiment, tuck in a few pinecones, or build a cozy, woodsy vibe on a card.
card tutorial: make this simple fall card idea
- Begin with a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
- Adhere a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper to the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Crop the following with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine & the Branching Out Dies
- Early Espresso Two-Tone Cardstock: 3 1/8 x 4 1/2 Frame Die, 3 Pine Cones, 1 Sprig
- Gray Granite Cardstock: 2 3/4 x 4 1/4 Frame Die
- Basic White Cardstock: 1 3/4 x 3 1/8
- Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper: Pine Branch
- Adhere the Early Espresso die-cut to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Zip the Gray Granite die-cut through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) tucked inside the Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the upper portion of the Basic White die-cut. Adhere to the Gray Granite piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Wrap with Early Espresso Linen Thread, securing with a bow. Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Adhere the branch, sprig and pine cones together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Embellish with Basic Beige Neutral Matte Dots.
more ready for fall inspiration awaits!
Be sure to “hop along” to gather even more ideas—you won’t want to miss a single stop! And mark your calendar for next month’s theme: “Thanks”—with Random Acts of Kindness projects, thank you cards, and even a sprinkle of Thanksgiving inspiration.
Until then, happy stamping—and may your craft space be as cozy as a favorite fall sweater.
