Today I’m sharing a sneak peek of the Silly Old Bear Suite from Stampin’ Up!, featuring a sweet little scene of Pooh and Piglet wandering off together beneath the words “Old friends are the best friends.” Layered in the new Golden Glow In Color with classic Basic Black and Very Vanilla, this card is pure Hundred Acre Wood magic.

I framed Pooh and Piglet inside a soft die-cut label (part of the suite), layered over a delicate star-and-grid patterned paper (Silly Old Bear DSP) that gives the whole card a storybook feel. A weathered-edge Golden Glow mat, a black twine bow, and a few Vanilla dots add just the right amount of texture — cozy, nostalgic, and perfectly Pooh.
Featuring the New In Colors — Especially Golden Glow!
This suite is the perfect showcase for the new In Colors, and Golden Glow in particular steals the show. That warm, honey-kissed gold is everything you’d imagine Pooh’s hunny pot to look like — rich, soft, and just a little bit magical. Paired with Basic Black and Very Vanilla, it brings these classic characters to life in the coziest way.
A Smackerel of Crafting Tips 🍯
- Pooh and Piglet were stamped in the NEW Hybrid Ink onto Very Vanilla cardstock, then lovingly colored with three of the NEW 2026–2028 In Colors — Golden Glow, Peaceful Pine, and Barely Blush. That honey-warm Golden Glow is everything on Pooh!
- The soft texture just above the card base was created with the Hundred Acre Wood 3D Embossing Folder — it adds the dreamiest storybook dimension.
- The layered label frames were die-cut using the Sweet Words & Labels Bundle — such a versatile bundle you’ll reach for again and again!
- The whimsical patterned paper is one of my absolute favorite designs from the Silly Old Bear Designer Series Paper pack — those little stars and grids are pure magic paired with Golden Glow.
