It’s Monday and time for a Global Design Project Challenge!

I saw a card on Pinterest that had colored slats like mine and it inspired me to create this card for the color challenge.
Begin by cutting a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11. Score and fold at 5 1/2.
Adhere 1/2″ strips of Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, and Pool Party Cardstock to a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Zip through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine along with the two hearts from the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder. Adhere to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Fold a 1″ piece of Pale Papaya & White 1/2″ Woven Ribbon in half and adhere with Mini Glue Dots tucked under the upper left side.
Stamp the sentiment (Happy Hedgehog) in Versamark Ink onto a 1/2 x 2 piece of Basic Black Cardstock. Cover with White Embossing Powder. Set with a Heat Tool. Snip the right side at an angle. Adhere with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Use a Mini or Standard Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to crop the “thanks” die in Basic White Cardstock (bottom) and Basic Black Cardstock that has been adhered to an Adhesive Sheet (top). Adhere together by removing the protective backing of the Adhesive Sheet, then to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the bird (Happy Hedgehog) in Jet Black Stazon onto Shimmery White Cardstock. Color with a Water Painter and Polished Pink (flower), Pale Papaya (beak), and Pool Party (bird) Classic Ink.
Embellish with black Classic Matte Dots.
