Step-by-Step Instructions
- With a Stampin’ Trimmer, cut a piece of Whisper White Thick Cardstock to 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score and fold at 5 1/2″.
- Cut the piece of Picture Perfect Birthday Striped Designer Series Paper to 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Adhere with Snail Adhesive.
- Cut a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock to 4 1/4″ x 4 1/2″. Spritz with a Stampin’ Spritzer filled with water and several drops of Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Ink Refill. Use an Aqua Painter to add a little more depth of color that will lay behind the focal images. Add fringe ribbon or fringed cardstock to the edges of the Shimmery White. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the confetti stamps (from Picture Perfect Birthday) and Cue the Confetti Sentiment in Basic Black Ink and stamp as shown.
- With a Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, crop the following: Scalloped Circle from the Layering Circle Framelits in Basic Black. Stitched Circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies in Picture Perfect Designer Series Paper of your choice. Adhere together with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add Snail Adhesive to the backside of the scalloped circle, add Black Metallic Thread. Adhere to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- With a Paper Snips, cut out the party hat and noisemaker from the Picture Perfect Designer Series Paper. Adhere as shown with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the Happiest of Birthdays Sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock. Snip out with a Paper Snips and adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add Rhinestones as shown for a final touch.

The Picture Perfect Party 6×6 Designer Series Paper is so FUN! I love the one side that is your basic design DSP. I wasn’t so fond of the photo side (it is actual photos of products made by the Stampin’ Up! Concept Team), but after snipping out the hat and noisemaker, I fell for it a bit. What do you think? I love using Lemon Lime Twist as my watercolor wash background, it has so many different depths of color depending on how many layers you add. I do believe it is one of my favorite colors of all time.
