Oh So Eclectic Bundle: Missing You Friend Card!
As I am preparing for my journey to Salt Lake City next week for Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage, I will be sharing a few projects from the archives since time is of the essence. My share for today is one that I created for the InkBig Academy Design Team using the Oh So Eclectic Bundle from the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog. The bright In-Colors of Lemon-Lime Twist and Berry Burst give good contrast against the Basic Black Card Base. The pieces of Lemon-Lime Twist Cardstock behind the flowers were all zipped through the Big Shot with the dies from the Oh So Eclectic Bundle. The dies that I used are not made to cut through the cardstock. One embossed the cardstock and the other just cuts the slots. So I grabbed my Paper Snips and snipped around the edges so that I could place the pieces on my Basic Black background.
The flowers were easily cropped out with the Big Shot and coordinating dies. I recommend using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets along with the Black Cardstock to easily adhere them to the colored flower bases and leave minimal to no adhesive residue. I used the Glitter Enamel Dots in various colors in sizes to “frame” the fussy cut sentiment of “Missing You Friend”.
