card tutorial: make this snowman christmas card

  1. Begin with a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. Score and fold at 5 1/2 (portrait style card).
  2. Zip a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Basic White Cardstock through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard) tucked inside the So Swirly Embossing Folder.
  3. Adhere to a 3 7/8 x 5 1/5 piece of Basic White Cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  4. Stamp the snowman in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
  5. Crop the following with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard or Mini) and the Festive Friends dies:
    • Basic White – Tag, Tree, Stamped Snowman
    • Real Red – Tree and Tag Topper
  6. Adhere the tag topper to the top of the tag with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Thread and tie a bow of Real Red & White Baker’s Twine as shown.
  7. Adhere the tag to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  8. Adhere the Basic White Tree and Real Red Tree Center to the tag with Multipurpose Liquid Glue as shown.
  9. Color the snowman with the following Stampin’ Blends:
    • Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler, Light and Dark Real Red, Light Smoky Slate, Light and Dark Pumpkin Pie, Color Lifter
  10. Adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  11. Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink onto a piece of Basic Black Cardstock. Cover with Basics WOW! White Embossing Powder, set with a Heat Tool. Trim to size. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  12. Embellish with Real Red & White Adhesive-Backed Peppermints.
